Charter Sales Officer 
(32-40 hours) 

Job description

Do you love to sort things out, to make arrangements and are you able to switch quickly when you spot an opportunity? Our new colleague in the sales department with a commercial mind-set is able to act as a point of contact between our customers and brokers. You provide the right and appropriate solution for all requests and you know how to switch quickly. You see opportunities and seize the opportunity when needed. 

You are creative, notices immediately when to approach brokers and which requests are interesting to them. As a Charter Sales Officer you work independently, but it is always important that you know how to involve the right stakeholders. You have experience in General Aviation and know how aviation works. The main responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Representing Silver Flight on the online booking platform “Avinode”; 
  • Maintaining the relationship with existing customers/brokers; 
  • You are involved in benchmarking; 
  • You ensure the correct pricing in consultation with the Sales Manager; 
  • You spot commercial opportunities and follow them up in consultation with the operational departments. Therefore, you need to be able to plan well; 
  • You participate in various sales projects; 
  • You ensure further correct administrative handling of customer documents.

Who are you?

  • You have completed a commercial MBO + education; 
  • You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position; 
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing; 
  • You have a strong focus on new business; 
  • You have experience with the online platform Avinode; 
  • Experience in General Aviation and/or operational experience in aviation is a big plus. 


  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);

  • You are decisive and decisive;
